Sneak peek into an estranged world. Cheers!

Away

As Dawn rises,
We prepare to sail;
Backpacks ready,
And feet at the ready;
To camp in nature,
And meet life itself.

Flies

The summer flies by like a fly in the sky.
Ironically:
The flies add in number,
At summer’s center,
When the heat burns the flesh,
And the stink fills the air,
Where the cold was forgotten,
And the rest left to rotten.

Breaking

Look at the walls,
Their cracks and their holes.
What do you see?

Wherever man has built a wall,
Nature has overtaken with time,
It can not be controlled.

The only way to survive
It’s thorns,
Is with respect.

Blood red

A bloody feeling,
A velvet duvet,
A growing love,
A mourning grave.

On top

Climb to the top,
On top of the top,
With a sea of clouds,
And the skies above.
What do you see,
On the mountain top?

Hidden

An old staircase,
From shepherd’s days,
Lies hidden,
Giving way to new ages.
